Technical Assurance:
In 2014, Radiolink set up a flight controller research and development project, and selected PIXHAWK as the learning target after comparing various flight controllers. It took 18 months to repeatedly use and test various models including helicopters, fixed-wing, multi-rotors, cars, boats etc., and patiently learned PIXHAWK from basic application, PID parameter adjustment, log viewing etc. After fully mastering the circuit and program structure of PIXHAWK, the circuit is redesigned, which solves the problem about loss of control when it is in Alt-Hold Mode during flying fast.
Quality Assurance:
After learning all of the software codes, Radiolink spent 6 months developing the automated test program and integrated it into PIXHAWK perfectly, avoiding the drawbacks of missed tests and false tests caused by manual testing, and fully making every product with quality assurance. As the only manufacturer of PIXHAWK flight controller that realizes test automation from sensors to interfaces, its test efficiency and the quality of each factory of flight controllers are far superior to traditional manual tests. After more than 6 years of market testing, the fully automated testing system has become more complete, which fully guarantees the quality of each item.
